If you’re staying in this suite and need additional linens or amenities, simply message us and we’ll gladly assist.

For Everyone’s Comfort

  • Only registered guests are permitted inside the hotel.
  • Only registered guests may access the rooftop deck.
  • Please do not share your door access codes with anyone.
  • Unauthorized guests or shared access codes may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
  • Meeting friends or family? We invite you to visit The Archive Lounge or enjoy the outdoor patio together.

Peace & Privacy

Quiet Enjoyment

Please help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Because this is a historic building, sound may travel more easily than in newer hotels.

  • Be respectful of other guests while using hallways and common areas.
  • Quiet hours should always be observed.

Historic Building

Guest Room Doors

As a historic building, some guest room doors may not latch automatically.

  • Please pull your door completely closed whenever you enter or leave your room.
  • Every guest room is equipped with an additional interior security lock for your privacy.

Additional Guest Supplies

Need something during your stay? We’re happy to provide extra towels, additional linens, pillows, fans, an iron and ironing board, a clothes steamer, and other commonly requested amenities.

Many of these items are available in the second-floor guest supply closet. If you can’t find what you need — or if you’re staying in the ADA suite — simply send us a message and we’ll gladly assist.

The hotel does not have guest laundry facilities. A laundromat is conveniently located directly across the street.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor patio until The Archive Lounge opens each day.

Once open, you’re always welcome to visit the lounge and ask our staff for assistance. For the fastest response, we recommend sending us a message first through your guest communication portal.

In an Emergency

Safety & Getting Help

The local police and fire departments are located nearby.

Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or destruction of hotel property caused during their stay. Applicable charges may be assessed to the reservation.

Serious violations of hotel policies may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Security

Cameras & Privacy

Security cameras monitor the building’s public interior spaces, exterior entrances, and the exterior of the lower-level guest suite.

Guest rooms and private spaces are never monitored.

These security measures are in place solely for the safety and security of our guests.
